Refund and Returns Policy

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, our items can be returned so long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items in “like new” condition (clean and unworn items with all manufacturer labels and packaging) can be returned for a credit or exchanged for another item.

If your return arrives damaged, a restocking fee may be applied if we determine the item was not packaged properly before being shipped back to us.

Items that are delivered to you damaged will be replaced free of charge if you submit photos of the damage with your return request.

Please Note: At this time we cannot provide pre-paid return shipping labels. We do not ask for damaged items to be returned to us unless the photos provided are unclear. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs back to us items in like-new condition but can request a coupon code for the cost of the postage that can be put towards their next order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
